<p>A composition for the sustained and controlled delivery of a medicinal peptide-containing substance having formula (I): Ac-D-Nal-D-pClPhe-R3-Ser-Tyr-D-Cit-Leu-Arg-Pro-D-Ala-NH¿2?, in which R?3¿ is D-Pal or D-Top, is prepared. The composition is supplied in the form of microspheres made of a biodegradable polymer material incorporating a water-insoluble salt of said peptide of formula (I).</p> |
