A flexible rotary harrow comprises a frame (1) intended to be mounted on a vehicle (2) and carrying a rotatable flexible chain element (3) consisting of at least two modules (4) to each link of which are secured teeth. The modules (4) of the flexible chain element (3) are mutually parallel and are secured to the frame (1) independently of each other.
