The safety apparatus minimizes the shock imposed on the upper body of the driver, in the case of collision, drop or sudden stop, by automatically covering the upper body with a meshed net. The safety apparatus comprises the meshed net (14), stored in a ceiling of the vehicle in connection to a buckle (17) and a spring, covering the driver by being pulled down when an accident occurs; a switch type support releasing the meshed net stored in the ceiling; a locking unit (12) unlocking the switch type support in the case of the accident; a fastening unit (11) managing the release state of the locking unit (12); a sensor (13), positioned in the rear and front end of the vehicle, for actuating the locking unit (12).
