<p>A drug selectively inhibiting the production of an IgE antibody and useful for preventing and/or treating various allergic diseases, which contains as the active ingredient a lowly toxic 1-phenyl-5H-2,3-benzodiasepine derivative, represented by general formula (I), which is efficacious in treating allergic deseases, wherein R?1, R2, R5 and R6¿ are each independently selected among hydrogen, hydroxyl, methoxy and ethoxy; and R?3 and R4¿ are each independently selected among hydrogen, methyl and ethyl.</p> |
