Steel staircase construction connector - inserts into end of rectangular tube section and allows bolt connection lengthwise abutting rectangular tubular section

The connector (22) is inserted into the open end of the rectangular tube section (16). The two holes are tapped to receive the corresponding bolts. A projection (41) locates the connector onto a corresponding pair of holes on the rectangular tube section to be connected to. A pair of bolts run through into the threaded section to form the joint. USE/ADVANTAGE - The connection allows a staircase to be erected in a building single handed with corresponding labour and cost savings.
