<p>The proposed technology of processing the manure consists in that, before the separation of larvae of Musca domestica L., the mixture obtained as a result of growing said larvae on the pig manure substrate is treated with an air flow at a temperature of 30-70 DEG C and at a speed of 0.5-2.0 m/sec, whereas the separation of the larvae is carried out in two stages, the layer thickness of the mixture at each subsequent stage being 20-30 % less than the layer thickness of the mixture at the preceding stage. In an installation implementing the method, between the layers of trays (7) placed on a conveyor (6), a ventilation system is mounted so as to provide for their air-blowing, the bottoms (17) of the trays (7) being perforated and the trays (7) being mounted on the conveyor (6) with the possibility of changing the angle of their inclination in relation to its axis. In a device (11) for separation of the larvae from the obtained mixture, a driven net conveyer consists of at least two sections (A, B), each of them being vertically offset in relation to the other and each having a different rotation speed of the driving drum.</p> |
