The scaffolding structure incorporates a horizontal pipe (23). There is a hook (90) attachment which connects a framework (86) to this horizontal pipe. To this framework is attached a sheet made of metal cladding panels (40) which are either overlapped over one another or are jointed by connection strips. The structural arrangement provides a secure and water tight cladding for scaffolding. USE/ADVANTAGE - Hook fastening system holds a secure and watertight cladding for protection of scaffolding works.
