<p>The invention relates to ammunition of the telescopic type, comprising a plastic case (2) consisting of a cylindrical envelope (3) and of two respectively front (4) and rear (5) plugs engaged at the two ends of the envelope (3), a projectile (6) and a propellent charge (7) which are seated inside the case, as well as a device (8) for igniting the propellent charge. The ammunition (1) is completed by sealing means (10, 13) between the plugs (4, 5) and the envelope (3), and means (25) for the axial retention of the plugs (4, 5) before the initiation of the propellent charge (7), the plugs (4, 5) being mounted so as to be capable of executing a translational movement, whilst remaining connected to the envelope (3), after the initiation of the propellent charge (7). <IMAGE></p> |
