PURPOSE:To obtain a high throughput as a system. CONSTITUTION:All forms required for one printing work are registered in an outside memory unit 2 to execute the printing work. In the operating system of a host computer 1, in each printing work, when a printing job is delivered, form set name which is used in the printing job of said delivery is found out and individual form defined by form set name is found out from the outside memory unit 2, whereby these form set information and form data are sent to a main control unit 4 of a printing apparatus 3. At the unit 4, the form set information and form data are registered in a form set table 5, a form name table 6, and a form register memory unit 8. |
