CONSTITUTION:An opening part 2 performing the replacement of an ink ribbon is formed to the upper surface of a housing 1 and the engaging recessed part 6 engaged with the engaging element 5 provided to the inside edge part 2a of the opening part 2 is provided to the soundproof plate 3 covering the opening part 2 and the soundproof plate 3 is provided to the interior of the housing 1 becoming the inside of the opening part 2 in a freely slidable manner by a rib 7 and the receiving part 8 receiving the soundproof plate 3 when the soundproof plate 3 is moved to open the opening part 2 is provided.
