<p>PURPOSE: To inexpensively treat the surfaces of pigment, dyes, cement powder, etc., in gas phase method by utilizing reaction gas plasma large in reaction activity under atmospheric pressure and high in stabiliy. CONSTITUTION: This method for utilizing atmospheric plasma reaction is characterised by the following: rare gas, monomer vapor or other gases are introduced independently or mixed in the reactor 1, which is composed of high voltage charged electrode 8 of cvered metal electrode 17 with dielectric 18 and earth electrode 7, electric power is supplied to high voltage charged electrode 8 and earth electrode 7 to cause plasma excitation, and the surfaces of pigment, dyes and cement powder are treated to give rust prevention effects.</p> |
