PURPOSE:To provide a hair-care cosmetics capable of giving natural gloss, smoothness, wiriness, combability and water repellency to the hair without reducing setting properties of the hair. CONSTITUTION:(A) A poly(N-acylalkylenimine)-modified silicone containing (A1) a poly(N-acylalkylenimine) segment composed of a repeating unit represented by the formula (R1 is H, 1-22C alkyl, cycloalkyl aralkyl or aryl; n is 2 or 3) and (A2) an organopolysiloxane segment in (1/20)-(20/1) weight ratio of [(A1)/(A2)] in the molecule and having 500-500000 molecular weight is used in combination with (B) a film-forming polymer preferably selected from a film-forming (meth)acrylic polymer, a film-forming polyvinyl pyrrolidone-based polymer and a sugar skeleton-containing film-forming polymer to obtain a hair-care cosmetics having the above-mentioned excellent properties. In addition, the component (A) is excellent in solubility in various kinds of solvents and also has excellent properties of silicone.
