<p>PURPOSE:To introduce a raw material substance into a cultured plant cell in high efficiency in the production of a useful substance by the use of cultured plant cell. CONSTITUTION:A scarcely absorbable substance is emulsified with a surfactant selected from monoglyceride, sugar ester, saponin, polyglycerol fatty acid ester, lecithin, enzyme-treated lecithin or their mixture and the emulsified product is introduced into a plant cell.</p> |
