PURPOSE:To provide an electroviscous fluid excellent in dispersibility and im proved in heat resistance, lubricating properties and abrasion resistance espe cially when used at high temperatures for a long time. CONSTITUTION:The objective electroviscous fluid is prepared by dispersing porous solid particles in a base oil comprising a mixed oil comprising at least one electrical insulating fluid selected from among an aromatic hydrocarbon oil, a fluoride oil, a mineral oil and a polyolefin oil and a trifluorochloroethylene oligomer. |
