PURPOSE:To obtain the subject directly utilizable vegetable useful for salad, etc., by freezing slices of a vegetable in a state of their cut surfaces to which films are applied. CONSTITUTION:The objective vegetable is obtained by freezing slices (A) of a vegetable such as a tomato in a state of their cut surfaces to which films 21 such as cellophane are applied. Furthermore, the films are preferably laminated films prepared by laminating the, cellophane 21 to one or both surfaces of carrier films which are polyester films 31 or PP films. |
