发明名称 MOTION MECHANISM CONTROLLER OF WEAVING MACHINE
摘要 PURPOSE:To excellently control the operation state of the whole objects for control by determining the correction of loop gain based on different functions corresponding to the amount of deviation between the amount of rotation of a motor exclusively used for motion mechanism of a weaving machine and the target amount of rotation. CONSTITUTION:In motion mechanism control of a weaving machine in which motion mechanisms such as shedding and beating are driven by respective motors exclusively used therefor, a position controller is designed so as to perform position control of the above-mentioned motors in the direction canceling the deviation between the target amount of rotation outputted from a positioncommander corresponding to the angle of rotation of the main shaft of the weaving machine and the amount of rotation of the above-mentioned special motor. A gain correction unit is further equipped and one or more loop gains among position control loop, speed control loop and current control loop of the above-mentioned position control unit are increased or decreased respectively in case of a large deviation or in case of a small deviation based on different functions respectively for a large deviation and a small deviation. Quick-responsibility of the whole control system can be improved thereby in case of a large deviation and the stability of the control system can be improved in case of a small deviation.
