<p>PURPOSE:To improve filling accuracy and to simplify care of tools after use by providing a valve which can be opened and closed from the outside in plaster in a resin filling path approaching to a model gingiva in a flask and closing the valve after the resin is completely filled into a cavity. CONSTITUTION:A model 6 consisting of a gingiva 7 made of paraffin wax, an artificial teeth 8 and a pedestal 9 is set on a lower tray 1 and plaster is made flow in the lower tray. Then, a handle shaft 24 is inserted into a perforating hole 21 on a middle tray 2 and a cylindrical body 26 for a valve is inserted on the apex and the plaster is made flow and an upper tray 3 is fitted on the middle tray 2 and the middle tray 2 and the lower tray 1 are separated after the plaster is hardened. On the middle tray 2 side, a resin filling path from a resin filling hole 14 to the part of the gingiva 7 is made hollow part. On the lower tray 1 side, the gingiva 7 made of paraffin wax is melted by pouring hot water and both trays are connected again and a resin is filled in the cavity at the position where the gingiva 7 was located. Then, it is pressed by means of a press and at the same time, the cylindrical body 26 for the valve is rotated in the plaster by means of a handle 23 to close the resin filling path.</p> |
