PURPOSE:To provide an extruder which can manufacture a stable quality rubber at a low cost and replace the rubber feedstock quickly. CONSTITUTION:An extruder consists of a cylinder 2, a screw 3 being rotatable around a shaft in the cylinder 2, a rotating ring 9 located inside the cylinder 2 and stored rotatably and concentrically with the screw 3, a mixing pin 14 provided projectingly in the radius direction on the inner side of the rotating ring 9, a driving shaft 12 for transmitting the rotating force to the rotating ring 9 and a gear 13. A screw 6 is provided on the outer peripheral face of the screw 3, and a slit 7 in which the mixing pin 14 can pass through is formed on the thread. Since the kneading efficiency of rubber is high and the warming properties of rubber is excellent, the plasticizing efficiency of rubber is favorable. |
