PURPOSE:To improve the productivity by the improvement of detecting accuracy and the magnification of a detecting range, and by making smaller-lighter and lower priced, about an acceleration sensor used for the control of a motorcar, the detection of an earthquake, etc. CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber 25 of which one end is fixed and the other end is free, a light emitting element 23 arranged near the end face of the fixed end of the optical fiber 25, the optical axis of the outgoing beam from the element 23 being set to the axis of the optical fiber 25, and a photodetector 24 arranged near the end face of the free end of the optical fiber 25 in the case of a line state, being set to the outgoing beam axis from the optical fiber 25, are at least provided and constituted in one body. |
