PURPOSE:To sufficiently achieve the function of an engine by smoothing the stream of air in an air cleaner without increasing the volume of the air cleaner. CONSTITUTION:A casing of an air cleaner C is divided into an upper member 11 to which a suction duct 19 for introducing outside air is connected, and into a lower member 12 to which a caburetor is connected, and an element supporting member 15 provided with an element 24 is sandwiched between the respective members 11 and 12, and a dirty side chamber 17 and a clean side chamber 18 are formed. A cylindrical rectification member 20, the cross section of which is gradually reduced, penetrates partition walls 113, 152 by which the dirty side chamber 17 is divided into a front chamber 171 on the side of the suction duct 19 and into a rear chamber 172 on the side of the element 24, and the rectification member is fixed by a bolt 23 to a mounting boss 115 protruded on the lower surface of the upper member 11. |
