PURPOSE:To efficiently cut the metallic thin wire with high accuracy by feeding a metallic thin wire whose diameter is a specific value or below into a cutting part by prescribed length each by a feeding device constituted by combining a roller and a wire tension tool of a pneumatic type, and cutting it. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a metallic thin wire 1 supplying part formed by combining rollers 5, 6 driven by a step-motor M1 and a wire tension tool 8 of a pneumatic type, and a cutting part for utilizing shear between a fixed blade 20 and a movable blade 21. Also, this device is constituted of the metallic thin wire supplying part and a control part R for controlling an operation of the cutting part, and a metallic thin wire whose diameter is <=80mum is cut. In such a way, the metallic thin wire can be cut efficiently with high accuracy without bringing it into contact with impurities. Also, since the cut wire piece can be taken out easily in a state that one piece is separated from each other, it is also possible to supply it easily to the subsequent melting process. |
