COMPOSITION CONTAINING WATER-SOLUBLE VITAMINS

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain a powdery composition which can easily be added to a solid feed for pisciculture by using a water-soluble vitamin in the form of aqueous solution or emulsifying the aqueous solution with an oil and fat. CONSTITUTION:The objective emulsifiable and water-soluble powdery composition is produced by compounding a water-soluble vitamin with an emulsifying agent containing phospholipid, sorbitan fatty acid ester, polyglycerol polymerized fatty acid ester and cholic acid mixture and an emulsion stabilizer consisting of a water-soluble gelatin.
