PURPOSE:To obtain the above heat-sensitive recording material excellent in image preservability and thermal responsiveness. CONSTITUTION:A heat-sensitive recording material having a heat-sensitive recording layer containing aromatic isocyanate compound and imino compound formed on its supporting body which contains at least one kind of the compound selected from 2-methoxy-1-naphthoaldehyde, 2-phenethyloxy-1-naphthoaldehyde, 4-(4-bromobenzyloxy)benzaldehyde and 4-cinnamyloxybenzaldehyde.
