PURPOSE:To enhance the preserving stability of a heat-sensitive recording body provided on its support with a recording layer containing basic dye and colorant formed, particularly relating to the chemical resistance, by incorporating in the recording layer one kind of the ethylene imine derivatives expressed by a specific formula as a preservation improver. CONSTITUTION:In a heat-sensitive recording body provided with a recording layer containing a colorless or pale-colored basic dye and a colorant on its supporting body consisting of paper, plastic film or the like, at least one kind of the ethylene imine derivatives expressed by the general formula shown on the right is incorporated in the recording layer as an improved preserving agent. In this formula, R1 is directly combined-O-,-S-and-SO2-or represents 1-6C alkylene group, R2 and R3 represent 1-4C alkyl group, 1-4C alkoxyl group or halogen atom and m and n are zero or an integer of 1-4. By way of example, the ethylene imine derivative may be 4, 4-bis (ethyleneiminocarbonylamino) biphenyl. |
