PURPOSE:To make a holder disposable while enabling the checking of the position of an anastomosing apparatus by arranging an anastomosing apparatus for a jaw part and a handle part sandwiching a cassette holder of a staple cassette therebetween and is locked temporarily at a specified position when it is closed. CONSTITUTION:A staple cassette 4 is mounted on a cassette holder 3 and an part to be anastomosed is pinched between the staple cassette 4 and a jaw part of a second anastomosis level 2 to grip both handle parts up to the position of being locked with a temporary lock mechanism 7. As a result, the anastomosis part is grasped in a gap between the staple cassette 4 and the jaw part of the second anastomosis lever. Under such a condition, after a checking for a deviation between a staple position and the anastomosis part, an end part of a braking material 73 is pushed to further grip both handle parts eliminating a temporary locking. Thus, an anastomosis is accomplished with the staple pusher 11 of a first anastomosis lever 1 entering into a through hole 41 of the staple cassette 4. |
