PURPOSE:To enable analysis for a rugged shape of the surface of an organic sample, a temperature distribution, an ion density and a magnetic force distribution and very fine analysis at a level of an atomic scale in the judgment of the tissue from an aspect of physical quality. CONSTITUTION:Probe pieces 7a, 7b, 7c and 7d of a scan type microscope which analyzes the surface of an organic sample P with resolutions of an atomic scale by interaction generated with the organic sample P when approaching it are provided at the tip of a probe 1 insertable into a body cavity. |
