PURPOSE:To eliminate the work excavating a trough to embed a pipe therein or drawing the pipe into a horizontal propelling hole when an old disused pipe such as a gas pipe or a water pipe is renewed and to directly form a new pipe to the propelling hole formed after the expansion and destruction of the disused pipe in the ground on the working spot. CONSTITUTION:Working holes 13 are excavated at both ends of a disused pipe 1 to be renewed and the disused pipe 1 is expanded and destructed within the working holes 13 by an expanding and destructing machine 3 and, at the same time, the propelling hole 2 formed after expansion and destruction is filled with a resin 23 and the resin 23 is sent by controlled air pressure to form a lining film to the inner wall of the propelling hole 2. This process is repeated. A seal tube is reversed or expanded by air pressure over the total length of the inner wall of the propelling hole 2 and bonded to the surface of the inner wall of the propelling hole 2 by an adhesive applied to the outer peripheral surface of the seal tube to form a seamless pipe by the seal tube. |
