PURPOSE:To enhance electrostatic chargeability and charge retentivity of a photoconductive member and to prevent peeling of films at interfaces by using the same elements for the structural elements of each layer of the photoconductive member. CONSTITUTION:The first blocking layer 3a, the second blocking layer 3b, a photoconductive layer 4, and a surface coat layer 5 are laminated in this order on a conductive substrate 2. The same structural elements, such as Si and C, and an element of group IIIa or Va of the periodic table, and H or halogen, are used for each layer. |
