PURPOSE:To provide casting method improving of flatness of outer surface in a product obtd. with casting and a lost foam pattern used to this in the casting method using the lost foam pattern. CONSTITUTION:A filmy formed body 1 composed of the consumable material is formed and the lost foam pattern is manufactured by integrating the above filmy formed body 1 on outer surface of the foaming formed body and set in a flask, and sands are filled. Then, molten metal is poured into the part of the above lost foam pattern and this is lost by casting. Further, this lost foam pattern is integrated with the filmy formed body 1 composed of the consumable material on the outer surface of foaming formed body. |
