PURPOSE:To keep a freshness of a food to be stored in a cold storage apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A capacity control compression material, a condensor 4 and an expansion valve 5 are disposed out of a part 1 of a refrigeration chamber. In addition, an evaporator 6 having an air blower 7 and a humidifier 8 are disposed within a part 2 of the refrigeration chamber. Sensing means 9 and 10 for use in sensing an air temperature and a humidity within the part 2 of the refrigeration chamber are provided. Operation of either a blower 7 of the evaporator 6 or a humidifier 8 is controlled in response to a result of sensing operation. With such an arrangement, an amount of evaporated water of food is less and its rapid cooling operation may also be performed. |
