FIRE-PROOF, HEAT INSULATING AND SOUND INSULATING BUILDING MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a foam concrete interior building material which has a smaller specific gravity and comparatively higher specific strength as compared with a plaster board and is advantageous in respect of fire protection. CONSTITUTION:A foaming agent, the principal component of which is a high polymer surface active agent with the molecular weight 5000-500 thousands is added to cement within the range of 0.5-5wt%, and reinforcing fiber is added to the cement within the range of 0.5-10wt%. A surface reinforcing material is stuck to both sides of foamed concrete with the specific gravity of 0.2-1.0 foamed by a stirrer.
