PURPOSE:To provide a pip with excellent impact resistance and utilize for wide uses such as fluid transportation or protection pipes. CONSTITUTION:Herein, a phenol resin molding material is employed which consists of phenol resin, glass fiber and, as required, hexamethylenetetramine, and another filling material, lubricant, coloring agent or the like. By the use of an extruding machine having a screw therein, in a phenol resin pipe manufactured by molding and curing at the tip thereof, the phenol resin pipe is characterized in such a manner that the content of glass fiber in the resin pipe is 30-70wt.%, and an average of fiber length of the glass fiber is 0.30-2.5mm. |
