PURPOSE:To granulate a dustless thermosetting resin molding material with a high productivity and granulate a phenol resin molding material of high viscosity and thermostability to be formed in a short time which cannot be granulated heretofore. CONSTITUTION:An end face 3 of a screw shaft and an end face of a flight 2' of a monoaxial or a biaxial extrusion granulating device are on the same level, and the diameter of the screw shaft gets thinner while the hight of flight 2' to the screw shaft gets higher. The end section of screw forms a double-start screw 10, and a die 5 is provided with a straight opening from the inlet to the middle where a die 6 having its diameter getting larger toward the outlet is formed, and a space between the end face 3 and the die 5 is 1mm or less. |
