PURPOSE:To provide a mudguard which is excellent in mechanical strength and in sandwich structure. CONSTITUTION:Three cores 32, 33, 34 to form fitting holes are provided within a cavity having a form of a molded product and a molding tool 3 in which resin casting gates 1, 2 are provided is used in the vicinity of the cores 32, 33 out of those cores.
