PURPOSE:To inactivate an ignition device and prevent burglar by emitting a specific light from a light-emitting means when the key entry is detected, and constituting to control the ignition device through conversion of the light into electrical signals, thereby destroying a light-transmitting means by a burglar act. CONSTITUTION:A car owner puts a key 11 into an ignition switch 13 and rotates the key, and a magnetic body 12 on the tip of the key 11 is sensed by a Hall element 14A. This allows the Hall element 14A to be activated and a light- emitting element 15 to emit a specific light, and the light is transmitted toward an optical-digital conversion element 18 through an optical fiber 16. This allows the optical signal to be digitally converted into the electric signal, and the part between circuits from a signal generator 4 and a transistor Tr5 through a driver 19 becomes open. Thus, the Tr5 is turned on/off, and a high voltage is supplied to an ignition plug 8 through an ignition coil 6. On the other hand, even if an electric source circuit is established through an illegal action, the Hall element 14A will not be activated, and an ignition device 17 is set in the inactivated condition. |
