Z is a group represented by Y-(OCH2CH2)y-O-. Y is at least one of methyl, ethyl and propyl. y is a real number from 1 to 30. M is an element from the main group and subgroup of Groups I and II, transition metals from Groups III to VIII, and lanthanide. x is at least one of CF3SO3-, ClO4-, BF4-, AsF6-. u is the ratio of [A]to {[N=P(Z)2].(MX)v}w and is a real number from 0 to 5. v is the ratio of (MX) to [N=P(Z)2] and is a real number from 0.001 to 5. w is an integer from 3 to 200,000.
