PURPOSE:To shorten welding length, reduce necessary process and thus to improve quality and productivity by providing a reinforcing rib same in shape as a corrugated heat sink on a plain side plate free from the corrugated heat sink. CONSTITUTION:Two sides of all the four of a tank which are opposed each other are constituted of corrugated heat sinks 4 provided with projections 4a, and the other two opposite sides are constituted of side plates 6 provided with a necessary number of corrugated reinforcing ribs 6a to reinforce the side plate. The corrugated reinforcing rib 6a is almost same in shape as the corrugated heat sink 4. The side plates consisting of the corrugated heat sink 4 provided with the corrugated projection 4a and the side plate 6 provided with the reinforcing rib 6a and an upper frame 1 are welded at a weld 1b, and the side plates and a lower frame 2 are welded at a weld 2b, each forming a tank. The above constitution makes manufacture easy and also improves quality and productivity. |
