<p>PURPOSE:To set the best priority order according to a production state which changes momentarily by providing a control means, conveyance means, and manufacturing means. CONSTITUTION:This production controller is equipped with a control means 1 which generates production indication information prescribing the contents of a manufacturing process to be performed next corresponding to the production state formed of informations that are information given to each production lot and including the priority prescribing process order information expressing the attributes of the production lot, 1st state information showing the conveyance state of the production lot, and 2nd state information showing the process state of the production lot, conveyance means 2 and 3, and manufacturing means 4 and 5-1-5-N. When there are plural manufacturing processes to be performed at the same time, the control means 1 sets new priority order for those manufacturing processes in consideration of the priority included in the lot information and the current production state. Consequently, the best priority order can be set according to the production state which changes momentarily.</p> |
