PURPOSE:To execute a plurality types of analyses based on information at the same point of time by eliminating the wastefulness of repeatedly collecting information of facilities in the same building for a plurality types of analyses. CONSTITUTION:By using facility information collecting programs 61 for data analyser 6 connected to data way 3, information of facilities1-1-1-m in a building is collected via data way 3 and remote stations 2-1-2-m at a constant period of time such as around l0min. Collected information is stored in facility information memory 62 so that the information is analysis object data available commonly for each of analytical application programs 63-1-63-n and what information for what facility can be clarified. A plurality of analysis application programs 63-1-63-n that act independently of facility information collecting program 61 retrieve necessary information from information stored in facility information memory 62, analyse the retrieved information, and output the result of the analysis from output unit 64. |
