<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the power source control circuit to maintain the ON/OFF state of a power unit on a fixed condition without depending on the operation of a power supply switch by supplying an inhibit signal from an information processor so as to maintain the ON/OFF state of the power unit. CONSTITUTION:When a switch P-SW of a power source control circuit 2 is turned off, for a power unit 1, a control signal P-ON is turned to be low, and the main power source of the power unit is turned on. While executing a processing at an information processing system, it is necessary to prevent power supply from being lowered even when the power supply switch is erroneously pushed. Therefore, a power supply cut-off inhibit signal INH is supplied from the information processing system to the power source control circuit 2. Accordingly, even when the switch P-SW is operated while the INH is made active, the state of the P-ON is not changed. Thus, even when the power supply switch is unexpectedly operated while executing the processing, trouble such as turning the power source off and extinguishing a software under execution can be avoided.</p> |
