摘要 A method for the measurement of components of a complex magnetic permeability tensor and complex magnetic and electric scalar permeabilities of microwave ferrites μ χ, μz, μd, ε using two cylindrical resonators with the use of the samples equal to the height of the resonator, according to which the resonator frequency and the unloaded quality factor of both resonators not containing the tested sample and containing a completely demagnetised sample are measured, and further the complex electric ε and magnetic μd permeabilities are determined according to numerical methods on the basis of equations obtained on the basis of strict solutions of Maxwell equations for a cylindrical system containing a lengthwise magnetised sample and the measurement is taken in the same system situated in a permanent axial magnetising magnetic field and further the components of the complex magnetic permeability tensor μ χ, μz are determined according to numerical methods received on the basis of equations obtained on the basis of strict solutions of Maxwell equations for a cylindrical system containing a lengthwise magnetised ferrite, characterized in that prior to taking measurements, in the resonator with larger diameter vibrations of H011 type are produced, and in the resonator with smaller diameter vibrations of H111 type are produced, and prior to taking measurements in the permanent axial magnetic field, in the resonator with smaller diameter vibrations of +-H111 type are produced.<IMAGE>
