PURPOSE:To injection-mold a substrate at a low cost and with good mass- productivity and accuracy irrespective of the number of cores by making the substrate of a plastic. CONSTITUTION:A phenolic resin mixed with glass or a filler to specify its linear expansion coefficient is injection-molded into a plastic substrate 11. A wide groove 8 for fixing a multicore ribbon optical fiber is formed on both ends of the substrate 11, narrow V-grooves 7 of the same number as the cores for fixing multicore uncoated optical fibers are linearly and continuously formed between the wide grooves 8 in succession to the wide groove. Further, a slit 4 is allowed to cross the narrow V-groove at a specified angle to fix the filter chip.
