PURPOSE:To keep tape sending driving force constant, to eliminate a large load on the bearing part of a driving position mechanism and to improve reliability by controlling driving force for sending a chip electronic part to a sucking position so that the driving force is constant. CONSTITUTION:In the entire constitution of a force controlling mechanism, sleeves 3a and 3b for guiding a pusher 3 at upper and lower positions are provided. A guide A 36 forms a unitary body together with the pusher 3. A guide 3c forms a unitary body together with a pusher-tip part 3f which pushes up a cam follower 3'. A coil spring 3c is inserted into the pusher 3. A space P is provided between the pusher 3 and the tip part 3f. The guide 3d is pushed up to the pusher 3 in the direction of an arrow. The force of the coil spring 3c is designed so that the force is slightly stronger than tape feeding force. The spring is smoothly operated. When the pushing-up force of the pusher 3 is large, the coil spring 3c is contracted, and the pushing force is controlled. Therefore, the erroneous sucking of the chip electronic part is largely decreased, and the part feeding is ensured. |
