MANUFACTURE OF LOW LOSS OXIDE MAGNETIC MATERIAL

摘要

PURPOSE:To provide ferrite of good low loss properties in use at high frequency of 2MHz or higher in a manufacture method of NiCuZn ferrite which is useful as a switching power supply magnetic core material. CONSTITUTION:A low loss oxide magnetic material which is useful for switching power supply whose loss even at high frequency of 2MHz is 500mW/cc or less is acquired by burying and burning a molded item 1 which is composed of Fe2O3 of 44.5 to 47.5mol%, ZnO of 19 to 27mol% and NiO of 18 to 24mol% in single oxide conversion and has a composition of CuO of NiO/CuO of 1.9 to 2.5 inside powder body or porous particle 2 of the same composition as the molded item 1.
