<p>PURPOSE:To record the operation condition of an automobile up to the accident and the attitude etc., of an opponent together with the time data and to correctly analyze the condition of the accident based on the data after the accident occur. CONSTITUTION:Image data from an image input device 1 are inputted through a controller 4 to a recording medium 21 of a recorder 11. Besides the data, the automobile speed data from a speed meter 10, the driving operation condition data, etc., from a brake pedal 7a and an accel pedal 7b are recorded through the controller 4 to the recording medium 21. When the accident occurs, the recording medium 21 is took out, and based on the image data and respective data, the condition of the accident and the condition until the accident occurs are analyzed. The analyzed result is used as the data to prevent the future accident, and besides it, also used as the data to decide the legal responsibility of the occurred accident. Since for the data to be recorded, the data which become the self-responsibility of a driver are also included, the psychology for which the driver performs the safe driving is generated, and the effect to be able to prevent the accident beforehand can be also expected.</p> |
