A thyristor trigger system, in particular in thyristor power supply units comprising a transformer, resistors, condensers and a comparator, characterized in that it is composed of a thyristor supply voltage conversion unit (A), which comprises a transformer (1) connected to the input of the rectifier (2), and connected to the output, in parallel, a resistor (3) and a condenser (4); and of a series-connected an impulse unit (B), composed of a parallel-connected condenser (5) and resistor (6), which are supplied via a diode (7) from the zero detection system (11), and both those systems, the conversion (A) and the impulse (B) system, together with a voltage source (9), connected in series, are connected between both inputs of the comparator (8), which in turn is connected to the thyristor unit (10) on the control side of that unit.<IMAGE>
