A positioner with horizontal axes of rotation with two degrees of freedom and with a coupling unit, composed of two rotary mountings of identical construction mounted in a rotary frame, characterized in that in each rotary mounting (1, 1<1>) is a servo-motor (3, 3<1>) attached on a shaft (4) and (4<1>), on which also discs (5, 5<1>) are mounted, while each servo-motor (3, 3<1>) guides simultaneously two bumpers (6, 7) and (6<1>, 7<1>) by means of sliders (8) and (8<1>), of which two first bumpers (6, 6<1>) of both rotary mountings (1, 1<1>) interact further with a prismatic clamp (9), located in the drive mechanism (11), while each of the other two bumpers (7, 7<1>) of the rotary mountings (1, 1<1>) interacts with its own prismatic clamp (10, 10<1>), also located in the rotary mountings (1, 1<1>) and connected with the bearing construction of the rotary frame (2).<IMAGE>
