<p>PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the monitor and diagnostic result of a plant by obtaining data where the state of a control system is faithfully reflected in both a stationary and a transient state. CONSTITUTION:The signal of a sensor 2 is sent to a state discriminating means 9 and a characteristic compensating means 10 through a data measurement controller 3, an input processor 5, etc. Further, data recorded on a main memory 6, a magnetic disk 7, a magnetic tape 8, etc., are sent to a characteristic compensating means 11. When the transient state is entered, the characteristic compensating means 10 or 11 compensates a data signal according to the discriminating signal from the state discriminating means 9 and outputs it to a plotter 12 and a CRT 13.</p> |
