1. A method of measuring thermal energy, particularly in flats, supplied from a source of thermal energy, particularly from the central heating system of a multi-flat residential building, received in a separate flat or a room of such building, which involves measurements of physical thermometric values which characterize the quantitative process of heat exchange, characterized in that in the monitored process of momentary air temperature changes in a flat or a room, each value measured in such a manner is mapped to a corresponding amount of heat, which constitutes an individual share of the total amount of heat used, which is measured at the same time for the whole multi-flat residential building and divided into portions for individual flats through the central heating system, where the individual share is determined according to the following equation:<IMAGE>where Qu1 is the amount of thermal energy received in one flat or room corresponding to the monitored momentary subsequent temperature changes (Θ1), which constitute the above mentioned individual share in the time interval of the repetition of the measurement, and k1...kn stand for generally permanent empirical thermometric coefficients...<IMAGE>
