A dual-ring grinding wheel made of superhard materials with resin binder, composed of a casing with, fixed on it, a working plate which contains in its mass superhard grain materials and fillers such as graphite, silicon carbide, electro corundum, sodium fluoride, boron carbide or 5-micron nickel powder in resitol binder, characterized in that each of the two rings of the working plate consists of superhard grain material to an amount of 8-25 percent of the working ring volume, filling agent to an amount of 15-45 of working ring volume, resitol binder to an amount of 15-45 percent of working ring volume and liquid phenol formaldehyde resol resin AW to an amount of 10-25 percent of working ring volume, where the amounts of the filling agent and the superhard grain material must not exceed 50 percent of the total working ring volume.<IMAGE>
